NYC. I will be a mentor this spring at the Playwrights Horizons Theater School (NYU), working with my Woodshed colleague, Mikhael Tara Garver.
NYC. Ok! KPop, conceived by Woodshed Collective & Jason Kim, receives the 2018 Richard Rodgers Award, 9 Lucille Lortel Award nominations, 7 Drama Desk Award nominations, a Drama League nomination for Outstanding Production, and an Off Broadway Alliance Award nomination for Best Unique Theatrical Experience. Update: KPop wins the 2018 Lucille Lortel Award for Outstanding Musical and the Off Broadway Alliance Award for Best Unique Theatrical Experience. NYC. I will be participating in a reading of Caridad Svich's Trouble in Kind at Primary Stages. The cast also includes Sofia Jean Gomez, Alfredo Narciso, Flor De Liz Perez, & Gabriel Sloyer.
NYC. My theater company, Woodshed Collective, racked up 9 Lucille Lortel Award Nominations for KPop, including Outstanding Musical.  KPop leads Lucille Lortel Awards. NYC.
