NYC. I am producing a videoscape (a short film) inspired by The Bad Infinity, a play by the legendary avant garde playwright Mac Wellman. The piece is about the twilight of late stage capitalism. It's being produced as part of Staging Film, sponsored by The Tank; and it will function as an addendum to the The Flea Theater's festival, Perfect Catastrophes. The project is directed by film and new media creator Graham Sack. It is also being produced by Alex Basco Koch, Meghan Finn, Nic Benacerraf, José Zayas, Zac Kline, and Graham Sack. Pssst: You can make a donation here. Bridgeport, CT. I finish filming my role in the new new media series, A Little Dream. Fun scene with William Mapother. The series is written and directed by Alex A. Ginzburg. It's produced by Tim Harms.
NYC. On Saturday, October 5th, Graham Sack (the director of Staging Film's The Bad Infinity) is featured on a panel at The Flea Theater. He's speaking on "Approaching the Event in Mac's Plays" from 2:00 pm - 3:15 pm. Others on this particular panel include Elena Araoz, Kyle Chepulis, Meghan Finn, Anne Hamburger, Maria Striar and Kristan Seemel.
