NYC. The one thing my mother mandated when we were little was meditation. I don't feel like the word's calmest, but I shudder to think what I'd be if I didn't meditate. Interesting findings...  NYC. #vote #midterms2022 #spinningintobutter From our politicians to our political pundits, there has been a blizzard of talk, a lot of dramatic analysis, plus a big dose of performance art, inconstancy and smoke blowing; but/and, I am happy I live in a country where I can just take action and vote (oh, and have bodily autonomy...wait for that sleeping giant and her verdict), and I am glad many friends and colleagues also exercise this fundamental, American right. 🇺🇸  |
