NYC & LA. Marielle Heller's revolutionary film, The Diary of a Teenage Girl, hits theaters on August 7th! This film started as an off Broadway play. It was co-presented by the incomparable New Georges in 2010, adapted by & starring Marielle, & directed by Sarah Cameron Sunde & Rachel Eckerling. Now, it's a movie! The film also features a song written by Amy Raasch & the fantastic David Poe. Go see it!!!!!!
